François Lurton is a flying winemaker who makes wine in Argentina, Chile, Spain and France. He’s something of a Sauvignon specialist. This wine is very pale straw in colour with a herbaceous, green plum nose, a soft mouth feel and a gooseberry flavour with tart acidity. Good value. Food match: grilled scallops, Caesar salad.
