When it comes to where to spend your money this Valentine’s Day to get the most bang for your buck — pun intended — forget about dinner and drinks, and start thinking about the digs.

At $7500 a night, Hazelton Hotel‘s Gluckstein Presidential Suite in Yorkville is the be all and end all of the hedonistic hotel hierarchy. Designed by Brian Gluckstein — the man responsible for some of the finest homes in the Post City neighbourhoods of Forest Hill, the Bridle Path and Rosedale — the privately-owned suite is enough to make any heart, not to mention savings account, melt.

The three-bedroom, four-bath boudoir features over 4,200 square feet, and boasts its own private elevator, wine cellar and seven foot long fireplace, to name just a few amenities.

And for when your appetites return to food, guests can have — for an additional cost — celeb chef Mark McEwan create and cater a private dinner.

And for those of you who might have neglected to set aside the monetary means for such a mansion, fear not, we here at Post City have you covered.

With rates much more akin to the man of… moderate means, the CAA approved lodgings of Kingston Road’s Park Motel might just be the mecca for you.

Rates for a room with a double bed are just $46 from Sunday-Thursday. Feeling a little more romantic? Go ahead and splurge for the king for four bucks more or a jacuzzi room starting at $78.

Either way, it’ll be a Valentine’s Day you’ll never forget.
