Delight is the Junction neighbourhood's source for certified organic, handmade, fair trade chocolate and ice cream. The shop is run by the husband and wife duo Jennifer Rashleigh and Jeff Brown and has been a mainstay in Toronto for more than a decade. Every single piece of chocolate in the shop is handmade and hand-decorated and the flavours offered are equally unique. Try strawberry pink peppercorn, lemon vanilla, Avonlea cheddar, blackberry lavender, Quebec blue cheese, cardamom rosewater, and spicy Thai peanut to name just a few. Quebec blue cheese also makes an appearance on the list of ice cream flavours offered alongside Junction junk yard, black velvet coffee, market monkey and many more. Ice cream comes in traditional flavours made with Harmony organic dairy, and there is also dairy-free options, meringue ice cream and Philadelphia style which involves fresh seasonal local fruit and cream.
