Carlotta Bar

Restaurant Categories
Located on the rooftop of the Beverly Hotel, Carlotta Bar is a hip Mexican tapas bar with music always playing and neon signs of Drake lyrics to complete the atmosphere. Chef Ricardo Rueda has created a series of dishes that brings his memories of Mexico and Mexico City to life by taking classics to a new level, such as the paloma that is made on the spot with fresh pressed grapefruit (as opposed to a regular grapefruit juice) and rimmed with Rueda's own spice mix. The guac? It comes with pomegranate seeds. The tacos? There's a duck confit option. The dessert? Tres leches cake served out of a flowerpot with edible flowers as garnish, no less. Take in the view, the food and the good vibes at this fun spot that celebrates both Toronto and Mexico.
