Toronto downtown favourite, Buca, has set up shop a little bit further north in the Yorkville Four Seasons Hotel with Buca Osteria & Bar. The concept for the menu is still very much rooted in the Italian tradition but made with Canadian ingredients, thus the menu changes somewhat often depending on the seasonality of ingredients. Buca Osteria & Bar also boasts a larger selection of the freshest seafood than its counterparts, carefully selected by the critically acclaimed chef director Rob Gentile. Inspired by Italian hospitality and the varying times at which guests check in to the Four Seasons, freshly baked pastries and brewed espresso are available in the early morning, and diners can stay late into the nights taking turns savouring food and talking to each other.
