Pompette‘s trifecta – the restaurant, the bar and the bakery, are all just steps from each other. The bakery, though, is the only outpost that’s open during the day, as it welcomes guests from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.
The same care and attention to detail that the restaurant is known for seeps into the bakery, as the bread is handmade fresh daily with a 24-hour fermentation process that employs organic flour from Canadian farmers. The pastries are also made with pure butter and handcrafted with fresh Canadian ingredients. Lunch fare like sandwiches is also available.
