Aris Place has one of those old-school signs that makes you think twice about stepping inside, but those who dare to venture are in for a surprise. They’ve been serving up souvlaki in Roncesvalles for 30+ years in addition to being an all-day breakfast spot for locals. You can feast your eyes on black and white vintage photos on the walls as you peruse the seven-page menu. The Mega Breakfast includes 2 of everything: pancakes, eggs, sausages and bacon which means you’ll likely be skipping lunch. You’ll also find some old-school dishes like a Monte Cristo, French toast with melted cheese and ham and hot liver sandwich served with peas and potatoes.
