While the chilly fall temperatures are making it feel like the right time to buy a new furry coat, by the time you reach Kensington Market, empty racks may greet you. “We sold out of fur in August,” we overhead a vintage shopkeeper tell a customer just two weeks ago.
But don’t fret. Inside Out, a pop-up vintage shop hailing from Montreal, hits Queen and Ossington this week, promising a large selection of fur, coats and women’s hats. The carefully handpicked collection will appear alongside work by young Toronto artists, adding a creative component that’s sure to inspire only the most unique (and one-of-a-kind) outdoor outfits.
Inside Out pops up at 1040 Queen St. W. (at Ossington) from Oct. 5
