For Mean Girls superfans in Toronto, we know what next purchase you can save up for — with 100 of your closest friends. A Bridle Path mansion that played resident mean girl Regina George’s home is back on the market, and it’s listed for a steep discount.
The 18,000-square-foot residence at 11 High Point Rd. was re-listed on Valentine’s Day this year to the tune of $23.8 million, a $3.2 million price drop from when it was listed for $27 million in the summer of 2022. Still, the owners are sure to make a pretty penny — the last time it was on the market in 2015, it was listed for $12.8 million before it was removed a few months later. Even with the $3 million discount, that’s still an $11 million mark-up!
Fans might know that it was only the exterior of this gated property that featured in the movie, meaning that Ontario’s own Rachel McAdams, who played Regina George, did not actually walk through the massive halls of 11 High Point Rd. But isn’t it enough to know she stood outside it while inviting Lindsay Lohan in for the first time?
Despite not featuring in Mean Girls, the interior of this mansion is exactly what you would imagine a Regina George- style home would be. It’s got 13 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms and a double staircase and marbled floors in the “grand reception hall.”
There’s also a sprawling library/study, a kitchen with quartz countertops and a rec room, and too many living rooms and family rooms to count.
The primary bedroom has so much square footage that even a king-sized bed would look small in it! And the ensuite bathroom also has more than enough space to relax — plus a walk-in closet that looks bigger than some condos on the Toronto market.
The backyard comes with a swimming pool, cabana, terrace and even tennis courts — though maybe a lacrosse field would have been better suited for Regina.
11 High Point Rd. is listed with RE/MAX Realtron Barry Cohen Homes.
