Nicola has been practicing for more than 30 years and specializes in complex marriage contracts and separations. Nicola is Past President of the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation (OCLF) and Past President of Collaborative Divorce Toronto. She is accredited by the OCLF as an Advanced Collaborative Professional. In 2019 Nicola was also awarded the James C. MacDonald Award by the OCLF for her extraordinary contribution to Collaborative Practice in the Province of Ontario.
