Jim Howie’s practice is devoted to personal injury litigation on behalf of victims, particularly those suffering serious injuries from auto accidents. Jim helps clients deal with life-changing disasters, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, and various tribunals. Jim was awarded the “Plaintiffs Lawyer of the Year” award in 2018 from the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
