Dr. Heather Shapiro is a leading fertility specialist at Mount Sinai Fertility with over 40 years of experience. She earned her medical degree from McMaster University in 1983 and has been practicing independently since 1984. A Full Professor at the University of Toronto, she has held leadership roles in medical education and reproductive health policy. Dr. Shapiro is a past President of the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society and was instrumental in founding Canada’s first Master’s program in Clinical Embryology.
