This very attractive bubbly from B.C. is grown on the highest vineyard in the province. It has a pale straw colour with an active mousse. On the nose it is yeasty and nutty with lemon-blossom notes. It is medium-bodied with a dry, pear flavour and a crisp citrus finish. Food match: grilled salmon.
