High above The Well, on the 38th floor, Aera has entered Toronto’s dining scene.
The city’s latest spot for fine dining, pays homage to 21st-century American cuisine. Perched 38 floors high, it effortlessly combines elevated classics, raw bar delights and steakhouse favourites. The result is a menu that beautifully captures the essence of modern American flavours, all while offering stunning views of the city.
Solid Design Creative aimed to create an immersive experience right from the elevator exit. Drawing inspiration from the feelings of takeoff, anticipation and weightlessness, the space welcomes you with mesmerizing eastward views of downtown Toronto. Lit with cozy copper lights and a wall of arched windows, the ambiance sets the stage for a warm and inviting dining experience.
Beyond the views, corporate executive chef Anthony Walsh and executive chef Binit Pandey oversee a sophisticated menu with no shortage of ambition.

For those with a taste for seafood, Hamachi Sashimi and Broiled Maritime Lobster are clear standouts. The Hamachi Sashimi combines yellowtail, ponzu, pumpkin and maitake mushrooms for a burst of flavours. As for the Broiled Maritime Lobster, it’s a pure indulgence served with drawn butter. There’s also a lobster and scallop agnolotti served with bisque cream, tarragon, kale and creÌ€me fraiÌ‚che.
The Dry-Aged Beef Burger  comes topped with American cheese, caramelized onion and house pickles.  Steaks, loins & chops cater to carnivores, offering options like Wellington County Picaña and U.S. Prime Rib Eye.
As for the drinks, guests can indulge in a lineup of Aera’s signature cocktails, like the refreshing Roku Highball, a mix of Roku gin, ginger, yuzu bitters and soda. The cheekily named prestige cocktails include Le Concorde and Airmail, made with Ron Zacapa 23 centenario rum, champagne, honey and lime.
To elevate the dining experience, Aera is introducing an expansive open-air terrace set to launch this spring.
