These Toronto spots are cooking up Thanksgiving dinner so you don’t have to

For those of us not blessed with the culinary skills of Martha Stewart (but want our families to think we are), there are plenty of places in the city that can turn you into a Thanksgiving pro. Here are five spots where you can grab Thanksgiving dinner in Toronto.

The Drake

The Drake’s Get Stuffed Feast is available for in-person dining or by pre-order to be savoured at home. The three-course meal includes sunchoke and parsnip velouté to start, followed by a turkey roulade, roasted root vegetables and mashed potatoes. For a vegetarian alternative, opt for baked acorn squash with wild rice and roasted root vegetables and mashed potatoes. A vegan option is available as well. If you’re able to save room for dessert, there’s apple berry crumble topped with vanilla ice cream. The meal costs $48 per person and $24 for kids and is available Oct. 13–14 Reservations and takeout orders can be made on their website.

Eataly

At Eataly, discover all your Thanksgiving essentials for crafting a holiday feast. From responsibly-raised Ontario heritage turkeys to a selection of curated Italian cheeses and cured meats, topped off with freshly baked pastries from La Pasticceria, they’ve got you covered with their housemade dishes are ready to heat and serve, giving you more time to gobble, gulp, and give thanks. You can check out their menu, here.

The Lakeview Diner

For those who despise cooking but adore turkey, The Lakeview Diner has your back with the return of their deep-fried turkey marathon. Running from Oct. 13 to Oct. 14, priced at just $21.95 per person, you can savour deep-fried turkey served with garlic mash, roasted greens and cranberry sauce.
