It seems like not even a peace offering of juice and crackers, from children, could persuade the Fords to forgo cutting services. When a group of snack-bearing parents and kids asked city councillors to “pinky swear” not to cut subsidized childcare spaces, Doug Ford told them to “talk to the premier.” Perhaps chocolate milk would have provided a bit more incentive!
