Right in the heart of the Beaches, Tori’s Bakeshop is an environmentally conscious, all-natural organic bakery that offers sweet (and savoury!) treats that are free of dairy, egg, casein, refined sugar and gluten. Just not all at once. Tori’s invents and retunes classic and new recipes that the whole family will enjoy. One favourite are the pizza pockets. These vegan pockets are available in flavours such as pear, havarti and walnut; ricotta rapini; spicy sausage; and Hawaiian using regular or gluten-free dough. The sweet options extend beyond cupcakes and cookies to hand-held pies, chocolate peanut butter cups and a campfire corn loaf. All that was mentioned – and all that was not – is made fresh in-house, every morning, using only whole foods free of toxins, so every day is a great day to try Tori’s Bakeshop.
