This cookie shop in Little Italy began life as a delivery company, with owners Mitch and Leanne juggling their day jobs with after-hours baking (and giving the business its name). Former chemists, the duo put their scientific skills to work developing the Night Baker’s signature soft, chewy cookies, which are made fresh every day. Cookies come in an array of rotating, often eclectic flavours, including the popular mistachio featuring roasted pistachios, matcha and white chocolate.
