Named after the poet and patriot Bob Dylan, the Dylan Bar is the east end’s purveyor for craft beer, small batch whisky and artisanal cocktails. The vibe here has been curated around Bob Dylan’s love for a good drink. The Greenwich Village in the 50s–style atmosphere of this place is derived from the classic bars that Dylan spent his nights at back in the day. The cocktail program has been created by some of the city’s top mixologists who are putting some new twists on classic libations. The menu is simple, with only a couple dishes, like the pork belly BLT and fried chicken sandwich. Accompanied by great music, next level comfort food and deadly drinks, Dylan Bar is a slice of New York in Toronto’s east end.
