Founded in 2003 during the cupcake craze, this cute bakery hidden down a midtown alley has managed to endure beyond the fad. The Cupcake Shoppe makes 28 different cupcake flavours, which range from classics like red velvet to more inventive combinations, such as the pink lemonade which sees a lemon cupcake topped with raspberry buttercream. Cupcakes are baked fresh daily, with 11 flavours available in the bakery each day. The Cupcake Shoppe also offers specialty cakes, custom cupcakes, mini cupcakes, cake pops and gluten-free cupcakes.
