Terroni Yonge at Price
Toronto, ON M4W 2L8
Terroni is a Toronto institution, and we put up with the "Terroni way" in order to get some of the best pizza and pasta outside of Calabria. Cosimo Mammoliti, with help from his family and late partner Paolo Scoppio, started their business with a small bottega on Queen Street West and now own seven restaurants throughout Toronto and are continuously growing in Canada and the U.S.A. Known to turn you down when asking for things like balsamic vinegar for the complimentary bread (baked at its very own Sud Forno bakery) or Parmesan cheese on the spaghetti in canna a mare, Terroni is strict in order to uphold the integrity of its southern Italian specialties. As a growing corporation, Terroni still wants to remain grassroots, importing all its own Sicilian products, including olive oil and the addictive and delicious hot pepperoncini. The wine list is a fantastic collection of bottles from strictly Italian producers exclusive to Terroni and brought in through its wine agency Cavinona.
