To maintain the integrity and authenticity of its dishes, Sotto Sotto uses only freshest ingredients and does not allow for substitutions. But with options like the carbonara made with artisanal Zaccagni spaghetti tossed with crispy pork cheek, Sarawak black pepper and Roman pecorino cheese, what would you want to change? Worth noting is their partnership with the non-profit Mealshare Canada wherein ordering certain indicated menu items provides a meal to a youth in need.
