Looking for a place where you can spend the afternoon sipping on natural wine and snacking on mountains of house-cured charcuterie? Look no further, because at Sapori, they are serious about the combination of cured meats, local cheeses, accoutrements and of course delicious biodynamic, natural wine. Chef Ryan Sciara, formerly of Oliver & Bonacini, Archive and the Rom, has taken over a small space on Dundas West and transformed into what a modern wine bar should be. The brick interior and elongated bar that seems to span the length of the restaurant makes you feel like you're sitting in the wine cellar. The glass doors in the back expose the cellar's many exclusive bottles. Sapori's menu is a mixture of small and large plates along with a charcuterie bar that allows you to choose your board based on the amount of people you're looking to feed. Of course there is absolutely no shame in ordering one for yourself, and besides, if the French taught us one thing, it's how to live in luxury.
