Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, Ruru Baked offers small batch ice cream and sweets that are available daily. Flavours change often — sometimes even more than once a day — and are nothing if not unique. Think pineapple tajin sorbet, yuzu raspberry, miso butterscotch and more. Scoops, pints and two-litre tubs are on offer, alongside a selection of sweet treats and drinks to wash it all down. It also offers merch and, for those who want to bring Ruru home, a capability to help host events.
