For more than four deacades, the Rosedale diner has been a staple in the community. Family owned-and operated since 1981, when husband-and-wife team Dubi and Esti Filar took over the space and injecting it with their passion for food and their unwavering commitment for fostering a sense of togetherness. The eatery has consistently earned accolades such as being hailed as having the"best hummus," and even gained recognition on Guy Fieri's "Diner's, Drive-ins and Dives." 2023 marks a new chapter as the couple's son Gil Filar and chef Chris Grainger have assumed the responsibility of managing the restaurant's' daily operations.
