Though now closed, Prairie Boy’s three locations across the city were something of an open, delicious secret: The bakery offered 100% organic sourdough bread alongside a selection of coffee, pastries made from scratch, delicious treats that pair perfectly with bread, bread books and sourdough bread classes. Essentially, if you’re a fan of bread, Prairie Boy was the place to be. And, it was a community pillar and preached the value of sustainability in the food industry.
