Mandy’s began in the back of a woman’s clothing store, but now the duo have dozens of locations, best-selling cookbooks and a full line salad dressings sold in grocers across the city. These healthy grains at Mandy’s are affordably priced including the customer favourites like the Hippie Bowl, a quinoa bowl with citrus-roasted tofu and black beans, and the Wolfe Salad, a kale, quinoa, and avocado salad named after the sisters themselves.
