After a seven-year culinary journey, Los Compas Tacos opened in 2023 with a clear mission: to bring the vibrant flavours found in traditional Mexican taquerias to Toronto. It brings authentic Mexican street food north of the border with high-quality ingredients, with tacos, burritos, quasedillas, bowls, tortas, volcanes and gringas – which is melted cheese between two tortillas – available with a variety of fillings, including pork, chicken and cactus. Each dish comes stuffed with onions, cilantro, salsa and guacamole (hello no extra charge!) and sides of dips with chips.
