The classic, traditional perogy is an eastern European-style dumpling filled with potatoes and onions, but just the foundation for all of Loaded Pierogi's (Union station food court) offerings. The perogy innovators load up their dumplings with toppings such as smoked brisket, buffalo chicken, wild mushrooms and a whole host of cheese varieties. This union station location also serves up breakfast, which includes an option with three melted cheeses, tomatoes, avocado and roasted poblano peppers, topped off with an egg. These bite-sized snacks are great for an on-the-go meal, but you could also stay and pick up a drink. Although not their biggest location, Loaded Pierogi's bar does boast nine varieties of vodka plus has the means for classic cocktails and local craft beers.
