Named by the Food Network as one of the 15 best underground supper clubs in the world, Luke's Underground Supper Table (L.U.S.T.) is the brainchild of chef Luke Hayes, who took over his first kitchen at his mother's restaurant in Kingston at the incredible age of 15.
Each L.U.S.T event is held at a secret location in downtown Toronto, typically runs four to five courses, and each night is BYOB. The site's location is sent by email two days before the dinner, which will have a themed menu. Previous themes include Vietnamese New Year, Mumbai vibes and the ’60s.
The combination of the food, the playlist and the venue, as well as the secretive nature of the whole affair, makes each event unique.
