This downtown spot is serving up gelato, Popsicles, and beverages inspired by the popular and hidden flavours of Asia. The gelato base is made from scratch, using the simplest of ingredients — egg yolk, milk, sugar and a touch of cream — and there are no added preservatives or binders. This gives the gelato a clean, sharp taste and a texture that’s dense yet light. Some popular flavours include roasted oolong tea, red bean white chocolate, whiskey green tea and spicy salted pineapple, the latter being one of the many non-dairy options.
