Calcutta-born chef Sujoy Saha has poured his vast cooking skills and industry knowledge into his corner spot called Indilicious. The restaurant's concept is hiding in its title: Indian food that is delicious. The menu for this curry restaurant is defined by its fusion of traditional Indian cooking practices and contemporary techniques and flavours that Saha picked up working in India, Europe and Canada. The Malvani chicken curry is made with ground Indian spices and coconut and may taste best washed down with Indilicious's signature mocktail, the Lipstick, which best resembles a virgin raspberry mojito, proving Saha's knack for taste and balance, as the cool and tart drink is a contrast to the warm, spicier dish. The inside walls of Indilicious are decorated with a wallpaper patterned with traditional Indian flower designs, which, working with the space's large windows, create a light and open atmosphere.
