Imanishi Basement Bar is a Japanese sake bar from the same people behind the popular Imanishi restaurant. Unlike the original Imanishi, Imanishi Basement Bar is more bar than restaurant, with food consisting of some light snacks and some one-pot dishes like oden, but who cares when you have such an extensive collection of sake.
