The story of Hotmess Tex Mex begins with one man’s delayed flight from Houston, Texas. With time to kill, he visited a local eatery serving up the best in Americanized Mexican food—better known as tex mex. Now, HotMess brings a piece of Mexico and a piece of Texas to Toronto, where a love of tacos has been booming for years.
