HotBunzz offers street cuisine that is a Toronto version of the traditional Asian bao. The bao is baked fresh daily, and HotBunzz uses all natural ingredients, locally sourced where possible. The bao is stuffed and topped with ingredients meant to entertain both the eyes and the palate. Stuffings and toppings include ceviche, lobster and duck. Hotbunzz not only has a bricks and mortar shop on Spadina, but can be seen at various festivals and events around town, including the CNE.
