The founders' after-school favourite and culinary staple of our British colonial overlords, fish and chips, havs been the foundational menu item for Hooky's, and it has expanded its offerings of fried goodness since. And Hooky's means goodness: all fish is sustainably sourced, and Hooky's Fish and Chips works closely with its suppliers to ensure quality. The chips are fresh cute daily using unpeeled russet potatoes for extra nutrition, and you won't be charged extra for a gluten-free batter. For the traditional fish and chips, halibut, haddock and cod are available, but the items in the shellfish section that includes crab cakes, fried prawns and calamari rings, amongst others, could be the better vessels to sample with many of the five house-made dipping sauces.
