Right near Church and Front, this restaurant is dripping with good ol’ smoky flavour. With rubs galore and every kind of smoked meat imaginable, Hogtown Smoke is where cave dwellers come to thrive. Chef Scott Fraser has been avidly learning about all things smoked and grilled since he started his food truck operation. Now, with two standing establishments and a couple more on the road, he is a certified smoke master.
