About the Restaurant

The Green Beanery is an enigma amongst the thousands of coffee shops in the city. First off, it doesn't have Wi-Fi, which often deters a certain kind of clientele, and secondly a coffee here can cost anywhere from two to 20 dollars. Yes, you heard right. Now before you go making assumptions, this cafรฉ carries some of the most rare and exclusive beans in the city, and Green Beanery is roasting them in-house. So, a $20 coffee isn't the average price, but if you want to try something exotic, you'll have to fork up some cash. This cafรฉ is located across from what was once Honest Eds at Bloor and Bathurst and is always bustling with people getting their fix before or after their ride on the TTC. With over 100 different coffees to chose from and several different ways to extract your coffee, this is more of an emporium than your run-of-the-mill cafรฉ.
