After spending his childhood travelling and living from place to place and spending years working in European kitchens, his menu offers a diverse range of culinary styles. Joined with Master Sommelier Bruce Wallner, Chef David turns Drifter’s Solace into an intimate experience that serves only a handful of people at a time—making your date feel like the most special person in the room. The menu changes by day to accommodate locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. The Chef’s Table is located on Richmond Street, but there’s no sign marking the second-floor space, giving it the kind of secluded solace the place is named for.
