1582 Queen St W Toronto, ON M6R 1A6
Though it’s well known across California, this Parkdale location is the first Dave’s Hot Chicken to open in Toronto. Brought to the city by John Bitove, founder of the Toronto Raptors, this Nashville-style chicken is prepared with in-house ingredients and fresh, quality chicken. A mural of the crazy-eyed rubber chicken mascot welcomes customers into the casual dining room decked in hot red plastic chairs. With a short menu, Dave’s Hot Chicken is focused on tender and wing combos with seven levels of heat ranging from No Spice to Reaper. If you can’t handle the heat, cool down with a milkshake made from real ice cream.
