About the Restaurant

Though itโ€™s well known across California, this Parkdale location is the first Daveโ€™s Hot Chicken to open in Toronto. Brought to the city by John Bitove, founder of the Toronto Raptors, this Nashville-style chicken is prepared with in-house ingredients and fresh, quality chicken. A mural of the crazy-eyed rubber chicken mascot welcomes customers into the casual dining room decked in hot red plastic chairs. With a short menu, Daveโ€™s Hot Chicken is focused on tender and wing combos with seven levels of heat ranging from No Spice to Reaper. If you canโ€™t handle the heat, cool down with a milkshake made from real ice cream.
