About the Restaurant

With over 20 years of experience, Chef Kareema is not new to Torontoโ€™s restaurant scene. She uses Caribbean and North American flavours to put a unique taste on all her culinary creations. Alongside barbecue chicken, sautรฉed portobello mushrooms, and beef ribs, the menu at this Dundas Street restaurant include Caribbean classics like the oxtail and escovitch snappers. Chef Kareema Caribbean Fusion has something for everyone with a weekly rotating menu often featuring several vegan options including mac and cheese and jerk vegan lasagne. A favourite on the menu are Kareemโ€™s Caribbean-style gourmet spring rolls which come filled with ackee and saltfish, callaloo and pumpkin, or pepper shrimp.
