Hearty and fresh, Casa Paco’s everchanging menu is the epitome of Spanish culinary greatness. A la carte menus are available Thursdays through Saturdays with rotating options that depend on seasonal availability and a little bit of flare in the kitchen. But, to bring along the community vibes, Casa Paco also created paella Sundays, which run from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Diners can choose from pork, seafood and seasonal mushroom and truffle dishes that serve either one or two people, and it comes with a selection of starters to compliment the traditional rice dish. And, it all comes in warm, stylish digs decked out in earthy hues.
