Meet Mark McEwan's fine dining restaurant, Bymark, in the heart of the financial district in the atrium of the TD Towers. The space's main dining room boasts a floor-to-ceiling wine cellar but there are also private dining rooms, a spacious patio and a modern bar. The kitchen is headed up by executive chef Brooke McDougall who has cooked in fine dining establishments across Ontario and has brought both his leadership and culinary skills to the restaurant. Enjoy one of the signature dishes, like the butter-braised lobster poutine or famous Bymark burger, but the menu may not look the same two nights in a row as a focus on local and seasonal ingredients makes it subject to change.
