About the Restaurant

A concept from Hemant Bhagwani, the chef behind Popa and Goa Indian Farm Kitchen, Bom-Bay Snack Bar takes its name from India’s largest city, Mumbai (which was previously known as Bombay). The restaurant is a nod to the city’s Irani cafés with its focus on Parsi fare, a style of cuisine that has roots in Iran and India. The lengthy menu includes small plates, wraps, kebabs, biryanis, curries and a naan bar featuring hand-pulled naan baked in a charcoal tandoor oven. A morning breakfast menu offers Bombay omelettes and breakfast naan, while the tea service features over 60 teas from local purveyor Tea Squared.
