About the Restaurant

Barcelona Tavern invites us to dine in typical Spanish style. The two-storey glass building in Liberty Village is putting out a menu of tapas, or small sharing plates, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is designed in a laid-back style to encourage its guests to relax and unwind when they walk in the door. With dozens of beers on tap, a lengthy cocktail list and a menu suitable for everyone, there is really no way to go wrong here. Chef Andrew Gass has been cooking for over 20 years and is bringing his no muss, no fuss attitude to Barcelona Tavern. He encourages an atmosphere without pretence that highlights good food, good drinks and good times. The menu is full of Mediterranean favourites, like paella and an assortment of tapas, as well as some pasta and pizza. Barcelona is also open for brunch on weekends, where it is putting a Spanish twist on breakfast classics.
