The space is minimal, simple and low-key, which puts its inventive flavours at the focal point of the establishment. And we mean inventive flavours: there’s a Beer ’n’ Brown Bread ice cream flavour that’s base is made from a Bellwoods Brewery lager. Get it sandwiched between one of the cookies or puffs and you're golden. On the bakery side, select from a number of tarts (butter, pecan, butterscotch, and lemon cream to name a few), cupcakes, cakes (cheese, carrot) and so many more. Many desserts are made on a seasonal basis, like the fruit pies, so be sure to figure out when your favourite is in season because chances are Bakerbots has flipped it into a stunning dessert.
