Amsterdam Brewery is taking its crisp lagers and bone shakers up north at Amsterdam Barrel House. The East York brew house is a more sophisticated pub than its Distillery District counterpart. With a more elegant atmosphere, it's no wonder this is where the brewers keep their barrel-aged and sour beer program. The menu is filled with a modern and more high-end version of pub fare, with stone-baked pizzas, signature bowls, burgers and, of course, the features cooked on the wood-fired grill. Obviously the beers are the star of the show here. With a menu full of Amsterdam's classics, like the 3 Speed Lager, along with an assortment of its barrel-aged brews, you'll certainly have a hard time choosing just one.
