The festival is hosted by Caledon’s Davis Family Farm and runs until August 18. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted with over 60 acres of bright and beautiful sunflowers, making it the perfect opportunity to take tons of Insta-worthy pics (just don’t forget to tag them)! Or capture stunning aerial views of the field with your drone. They have designated areas for drone photography, so just check in with a manager when you arrive.

After wandering through the sunflower field, you can cool off with ice-cold ice cream or indulge in a luxurious meal with Picnics in the 6ix, a full-service luxury picnic service. Prefer to pack your own lunch? The farm offers plenty of green space on weekdays for a family picnic. Bonus: Bring your dog along and you’ll find water stations scattered throughout the area for your thirsty pup.

While the sunflowers are in bloom, the farm will be open daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the last entry one hour before closing. For those looking to capture professional shots among the towering blooms, family and commercial photography sessions are available from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm by appointment only.

For these sessions, the farm provides a free shuttle bus, so you don’t have to stress about your kids’ outfits before the shoot. The farm also provides a variety of accessories and props, including a pink couch and a piano.
