One of FBI’s most wanted arrested in Mt. Pleasant area

A 47-year-old male from Albania sought in connection with organized crime was recently arrested near Mt. Pleasant Road and Eglinton Avenue by officers of the Toronto Police Service Fugitive Squad.

Kujtim ‘Jimmy’ Lika was wanted by the FBI’s Newark, N.J., office for his alleged involvement in a high profile case that has appeared on America’s Most Wanted. Lika is believed to have been an accomplice to Myfit ‘Mike’ Dika, who was arrested in Toronto in 2010. Dika was alleged to have been involved in an international conspiracy to traffic drugs and firearms, as well as launder money.
