Our purchasing habits tell us a lot about who we are. We buy stuff we need (houses), stuff we want (cars) and stuff we love (Leafs tickets). But $21 million on hair grooming? We have no explanation for that.

The amount the Village spends on dental services, some 93 per cent more than the Toronto norm.
